I am a bilingual, English and Spanish speaking, registered Associate Marriage and Family Therapist providing psychotherapy to adults, teens, families, and couples. I obtained a B.S. in Biology from UCI, and a M.S. in Marriage and Family Therapy from USC.
As part of my clinical work, I utilize Cognitive Behavior Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and mindfulness techniques to help individuals undergoing depression, suicidality, anxiety, panic, grief, loss, trauma, domestic violence, PTSD, abuse, chronic pain/illness, substance abuse, addiction, relationship and interpersonal issues, men’s issues, ADHD, disruptive/conduct disorders, life transitions, and more.
